What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, check and money order. Please note, your order will not be started until the check / money order has cleared the bank. We also accept cash at trade shows.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, www.PetTreeHouses.com uses the industry standard encryption to protect your information.  When you make purchases online, we will gather your name, address, phone number, email, shipping information and credit card information.  This information allows us to complete your order and contact you in the event of any questions.

Do you take phone orders?

No, we do not accept phone orders.

How will I know that you received my order?

You will receive a confirmation via email.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders are custom made. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of having placed your order, otherwise no cancellations.

Is assembly required?

No, your Tree House will come fully assembled. However, it will be bolted to the bottom of the crate to prevent damage during shipping. There will be instructions in the crate as to how to remove your Tree House.

Are the trees real?

Yes, the trees are real. This provides a natural scratching post for your pet.  Since all trees are real, they are susceptible to the humidty.  Pet Tree Houses are meant to be kept indoors in a climate controlled environment.  Depending on the level of humidity in your home, expect your Tree to adapt to its enviornment by curving and turning a little.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer local delivery within Seminole and Orange County, Florida for a fee of $60. Call us for pricing on delivery to other areas in Florida.

How is my Tree House shipped?

Your Tree House will be shipped in a crate. It will include instructions on how to unpack your pet
